Potential Tropical Cyclone Two
Potential Tropical Cyclone Two (PTC2) formed on June 19, 2017 East of the Lesser Antilles with a maximum sustained wind speed of 35 mph. Potential Tropical Cyclone was a new term created by the National Hurricane Center in 2017 to describe a system expected to develop into a tropical storm or depression.
