Tropical Depression 13 formed in the Bay of Campeche on September 2, 2017 as a tropical depression. Katia dissipated at 11 am on September 9 2017

- ECMWF - Spotted the system, may also be CMC, have to check home page. Sent into Mexico as TS.
- CMC - TS into Mexico.
- GFS - Slow to develop, but developed a cat 1 hurricane with pressure of 970s.
- NAVGEM - Weak hurricane or strong TS.
- UKMET - Cat 1 hurricane.
- HWRF - Cat 1 or 2 hurricane.
- HMON - Cat 2 to 4 hurricane.
