+On September 16, 2017, TD 14 was upgraded to Tropical Storm Lee.
+Lee dissipated at 11 pm on September 18, 2017, but reformed on September 22, 2017 as a tropical depression with winds of 35 mph and a minimum pressure of 1014 mb.
+At 2:30 AM on September 24, 2017, Lee rapidly intensified into a category 1 hurricane with winds of 75 mph and a pressure of 987 mb and continued to strengthen through 8 AM to 85 mph and 983mb.
+Lee slowly became a major hurricane, maxing out at 115 mph.
+Lee dissipated on the 5 am advisory of September 30, 2017 into a post tropical low.
