Tropical Depression Nineteen

TD 19 formed at the 5 am advisory on November 6, 2017 in the middle of the Atlantic ocean with winds of 35 mph and a central pressure of 1013 mb.

At the 11 pm advisory on November 6, 2017, issued at 9:30 PM, Tropical depression 19 was upgraded to Tropical Storm Rina with 40 mph winds and a 1010 mb central pressure.
